Cleo's Term of Service
By commissioning my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions
WHAT I AM WILLING TO DRAW
➤ Humans/Humanoid
➤ Furry (Flat nosed)
➤ Fanart
➤ Emotes
➤ Chibi Panels
WHAT I WILL NOT DRAW
➤ Mecha
➤ NSFW
➤ Fetishes / Porn
➤ Heavily detailed objects (Cars, Guns, etc)
PAYMENTS
All payment must be through PAYPAL or VGEN or Local Bank only.
I DO NOT DO 1USD = 1MYR unless stated
After receiving the file and payment (it must be 100% done upfront) the sketch will be made.
Please be advised that complexity to character & order can and may increase the price.
Rush order must add +25% as a rush fee!
For LOCAL PAYMENT method, please directly DM me to discuss further details, do not order in VGEN (local payment only)
DO NOT DOXX MY NAME TO OTHERS, failed to follow will results in blacklisted.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
I typically work based on who commissioned first
Rush orders will have priority regardless of this.
The sketch is started the moment I get to your commission.
I do get busy, so commissions can take anywhere from a couple hours, to a few months.
Estimate deadlines for me to finish is between 2 weeks to 3 months max.
Do not rush me since I might do several commissions in same time.
Commercials
All use of the commission ordered will be for personal use unless stated otherwise.
For commercial use, Commercial fees will add +50% of the original price
MY ARTWORK IS STRICTLY NOT FOR RESELL/REPRINT/PHYSICAL PROFIT.
Additional fees may apply for commercial use.
Commercial usage is automatically included for VTuber Commissions.
Some commissions have an exception to this, if you have any questions please ask.
REFUNDS
I have the right to cancel and refund your order at any time I deem fit.
You are not to demand a refund after payment had been received unless we discussed otherwise.
If money has not yet been sent/requested, the commissioner has rights to cancel their order.
Please only place an order if you are in a financial place to do so!
Refunds will be offered if I feel I am unable to complete your commission or exceed the deadline.
